The Monitoring section in the Admin panel provides insights into user activity across the platform. Admins can track user engagement, analyze activity trends, and review individual user actions in a structured format.
Key Features
1. User Insights Dashboard
The User Insights Dashboard presents a visual summary of user activity through two key charts:
User Action Distribution (Pie Chart):
Displays the proportion of different types of user actions.
Helps identify the most common interactions on the platform.
User Action Frequency (Bar Chart):
Shows how frequently specific actions are performed over time.
Provides insights into user engagement levels.
These charts allow admins to quickly assess platform usage patterns.
2. User Activity Summary
For each user, an English-like summary is generated, describing their recent actions in a simple and readable format.
Example:
"John Doe accessed the Portfolio module 5 times today, generated 2 reports, and modified 1 portfolio. Their most frequent action this week has been viewing the Market Insights section."
This makes it easy for admins to understand user behavior without diving into raw data.
3. Detailed Activity Log (Data Frame)
A structured data frame provides a tabular view of user activities, including:
User Name
Action Performed
Module Accessed
Timestamp
This enables admins to filter, search, and analyze specific user activities when needed.
