Sprngy Cluster mode
Sprngy Cluster Mode
Sprngy is architected to provide rapid access to curated and correlated data. The High Performance Elastic Layer (HPEL) and the High Performance Query Layer (HPQL) are built to handle large volume of data and processing while keeping the cloud costs at a minimum to maximize the return on investment.
However, to accommodate for large data loads or processing needs, Sprngy products are available in cluster mode.
Sprngy Cluster Mode is a scaled deployment of Sprngy to provide high performance while processing large data volume. Cloud Optimization features available with Sprngy’s default deployment mode (standalone mode) are available for cluster mode as well.
Cluster Configuration options
Both product flavors - High Performance Elastic Layer (HPEL) and High Performance Query Layer (HPQL) - are available in cluster mode.
User can choose the cluster mode with required number of nodes and sizes from create product page after signing in to Sprngy website.
Upgrading from Standalone mode to clustermode or vice versa is possible through a support request. Based on the complexity and frequency of the upgrade/downgrade, additional cost may be incurred.
